With over 13 years behind the chair, Sadie has built a reputation for transforming hair with an expert blend of lived-in color, custom extension work, and intentional, modern blonding techniques.
As an IBE® (Invisible Bead Extensions) Certified Stylist, she specializes in creating seamless, healthy, and natural-looking hair extensions—paired with precision cutting and blending for truly undetectable results.
Her commitment to continued education keeps her techniques fresh and elevated. From advanced blonding classes to in-depth extension cutting and coloring education, Sadie invests in growth to give her guests the most refined, personalized results possible.
As the manager of Bella Salon, Sadie leads with passion, purpose, and vision. What started as a dream alongside her mom has grown into a thriving, modern space that supports creative stylists and luxury hair transformations.
Sadie is currently accepting a limited number of new guests, with a focus on extension transformations and modern blonding looks. A consultation is the first step to getting on her books.
Lauren has been perfecting her craft since 2015, specializing in soft, dimensional color with a focus on wet balayage and hand-painted techniques. Her artistic approach to color allows each guest to leave with a look that feels elevated, effortless, and uniquely theirs.
She also offers both sew-in and k-tip extensions, customizing every transformation with precision and care. Whether you’re enhancing volume, length, or both, Lauren’s extension work blends seamlessly for a natural, luxury finish.
Known for her impeccable fashion sense and warm, upbeat personality, Lauren brings a bright energy to every appointment. She’s deeply passionate about making her guests feel confident, seen, and styled to perfection—inside and out.
Avery
Avery is a hardworking, dependable stylist who brings a calm and consistent approach to every appointment. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for her guests and is someone who truly values the importance of doing things well and staying consistent with the Bella Experience.
She has a passion for traditional blonding and dimensional color, with a particular strength in full foiling. Avery has a thoughtful eye for detail and takes the time to understand what each guest is looking for, before creating their personalized look.
Avery is committed to continuing her education and building on her skills as she grows behind the chair. Her dedication, work ethic and willingness to learn make her an important part of the Bella Team.

Ava
Ava is a naturally talented stylist who loves creating detailed, personalized haircuts, with a strong passion for men’s modern cuts like mullets and fades, and curly haircutting and styling. Her attention to detail and love for personalized shape make every cut feel intentional and tailored to the individual.
In addition to her expertise with men’s hair and curls, Ava has found her coloring niche in soft, subtle blonding. She loves creating delicate, fine-line highlights and baby-blended foils that add brightness and dimension while keeping the overall look natural and seamless.
Whether she’s creating a sharp modern cut, enhancing natural curls, or adding that perfect touch of brightness, Ava loves creating looks that feel effortless, personalized, and true to each guest.

Ashley is a passionate and friendly Stylist who specializes in blonding and lived-in color, hair extensions, and curly haircutting. With over three years of experience behind the chair, she brings both technical skill and artistry to every service while continuing to grow within the Bella Salon family.
Ashley takes pride in creating customized looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty and confidence. Known for her outgoing personality and her ability to make every guest feel genuinely cared for, she is committed to providing a thoughtful, elevated salon experience.
Rachel
Rachel is excited to begin her journey at Bella Salon & Spa as an assistant, where she’ll be working alongside our experienced team while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge behind the chair. She is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn the techniques, services and guest experience that makes Bella unique.
As she grows within our training program, Rachel will have the opportunity to assist our stylists, participate in hands-on education, and build confidence in her craft. Her goal is to continue developing her skills and eventually grow into a Bella Stylist, creating personalized looks for her guests on her own.
Rachel has officially opened up her schedule for select models, as she continues her hands-on training and education. We’re excited to support her throughout this next chapter and watch her grow into her own creative stylist.
Bonnie
Leadership TeamThe people behind the people
Together, Bonnie & Sadie lead Bella from both sides of the business. Bonnie leads the behind-the-scenes side of Bella, over-seeing the business and operations. Sadie leads the front-end and day-to-day salon experience, supporting our team, overseeing guest experience, and big-picture visions that keep the salon moving forward.
Lauren helps keep our salon connected and our guests taken care of. She plays an important role in guest communication and helps make sure the details don’t get missed. Lauren is Sadie’s right hand in the day-to -day salon and steps into a leadership role whenever Sadie is away.
Ava helps shape the next generation of Bella Stylists. Working alongside Sadie, she helps train and mentor our newer team members as they work through our education program and grow toward becoming a Level 1 Stylist. She helps create a culture of continued learning, confidence, and growth within our team.
